If you have ordered the wrong size or model and need to exchange it for something else, no worries. Follow the below steps and we’ll have it sorted out:
If you have ordered the wrong size or model and need to exchange it for something else, no worries. Follow the below steps and we’ll have it sorted out:
- Submit a new order for the product(s) and pay for the order. We will send your order as soon as possible.
- Return the previously ordered product(s) by following the return procedure described below.
- You will receive a refund for the returned product(s) once the product(s) arrive back to us. You will find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Products purchased via the online shop can be returned within 14 days.
For the right of return to apply, the purchased items should not be used for any other purpose than necessary for understanding the nature, features and functioning of the product in the same way as it is allowed in a physical shop.
If products are used beyond this purpose and are returned with marks of use, we reserve the right to reduce the price for refund to compensate for loss in value.
Please return the product(s) in the same box we sent it with.
The costs of returning the goods via regular shipping will be borne by the online shop.
