What is the Ally Scandic bag made of?
Ally Scandic bags are made from soft, durable vegan PU leather and lined with 230D polyester fabric. The bags feature quality YKK® zippers and metal hardware. The materials are easy to clean and work well for everyday use. With proper care, Ally Scandic is made to be your companion for years.
How do I clean and care for my Ally Scandic bag?
Ally Scandic's vegan PU leather is easy to clean. For everyday care, simply wipe the bag down with a soft, damp cloth (baby wet wipes work too). For tougher stains, you can use a mild soap and water solution.
The bag must not be machine washed or soaked. After cleaning, let the bag dry naturally and avoid direct sunlight.
How much does the Ally Scandic bag hold?
The bag is surprisingly spacious: up to 16 thoughtfully placed pockets and a fully opening front panel help keep everything you need organized and easy to find — diapers, bottle, change of clothes, toys, and your own things too.
What's the difference between the large and small bag?
The small bag is perfect for shorter outings. The large bag offers more space and is great for longer days, day trips, and travel. Many families use both.

Can the bag be attached to a stroller?
Yes. Every Ally Scandic bag comes with removable stroller straps, so you can conveniently attach it to your stroller.
Can I use Ally Scandic as an everyday backpack for work or travel?
Yes, absolutely! Ally Scandic's timeless design and practical build work well beyond the baby years too. You can use the bag for work, the gym, travel, or simply as your everyday backpack.
Is the Ally Scandic diaper bag suitable for dads too?

Is Ally Scandic suitable as carry-on luggage?
Ally Scandic works as carry-on luggage with most airlines. Thanks to the fully opening front panel, you'll find what you need on the plane or at security (liquids, diapers, toys, documents, wipes) in seconds, without having to dig through and disorganize the entire contents of the bag.
How quickly will my Ally Scandic order arrive?
In Estonia, we ship orders to Omniva and Smartpost parcel lockers. Orders within Estonia usually arrive within 1–3 business days.
European orders typically take 3–7 business days. Exact delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
If you place your order before 12:00 (on a business day), we'll send your parcel out the same day.
How much does shipping cost for an Ally Scandic order?
Shipping is free within Estonia and Europe.
What are the payment options?
You can pay securely via Montonio using a bank link, card payment, PayPal account and credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also choose from Inbank's payment options to pay next month, in two or three installments, or via hire purchase.
Can I exchange or return my ordered product?
Yes, you can exchange or return your product free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Does the Ally Scandic bag come with a warranty?
All Ally Scandic products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. If you notice a fault with your product, contact us at info@allyscandic.com and we'll find the right solution for you.
Can I add a changing mat or pacifier case to the bag?
A changing mat is included only with the large backpack. It is not included with the small backpack, but can be purchased separately. Pacifier cases are also available separately in our shop.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, an Ally Scandic gift card is a great choice if you'd like to let the recipient choose their own bag color and size.
